PART II — GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

• i. Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Crimea region, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Puerto Rico, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, United States of America (including its states and the District of Columbia), the Virgin Islands of the United States, or any other possessions of the United States of America.
• ii. Any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction that is embargoed by the United Nations.
• iii. Any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction where the purchase, ownership and/or use of Tokens would be illegal or otherwise violate any applicable law.
• iv. Any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction imposing high risk of anti-money laundering or counter-terrorist financing as designated in the Corruption Perceptions Index by Transparency International, FATF warnings, or by the British Virgin Islands authorities.

PART III — BLOCKED PERSONS & SANCTIONS-BASED RESTRICTIONS

ADDITIONAL BLOCKED PERSONS & SANCTIONED JURISDICTIONS

You must not be a Blocked Person, nor a resident, national, or agent of any jurisdiction subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union from time to time, including but not limited to the following jurisdictions:

• Antigua and Barbuda
• Algeria
• Belarus
• Bolivia
• Crimea Region
• Iran
• Libya
• Myanmar
• North Korea
• Somalia
• Syria

This list is non-exhaustive. Additional jurisdictions may be designated by Aurise Foundation, or by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, from time to time without notice.

Important Notice: The Restricted Jurisdictions listed above may be amended, expanded, or updated at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to monitor this page and ensure your continued compliance. If your jurisdiction is added to the Restricted Jurisdictions list after you have commenced using the XAUE protocol, you must immediately cease all access and participation.
